What you will do

  • Before our company can sign new contracts, you will coordinate with the commercial team to ensure that the proposal presented to the customer is feasible and realistic by revising the scope, budget and planning
  • You will coordinate with our Head of Engineering and our Head of Supply Chain to ensure that our company meets its contractual obligations. In coordination with them, you shall be able to identify and find the resources required to execute the project
  • You will be the point of contact for our customer after contract signature
  • You will update continuously the project schedule and budget, and you will monitor the actual effort (hours) spent in the project, in order to keep it close to the estimated effort
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the project scope, schedule, budget and quality within the terms agreed with our customer
  • You should be able to react quickly to unforeseen events and get the planning, budget & quality back on track as quickly as possible
  • You report directly to our VP Project Management


Your skills and experiences

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant comparable experience
  • You can offer more than 4 years of experience as Project Manager in EPC projects (at least 2 projects). Preferably, but not limited to CSP and WHR processes. It would be advantageous if you have worked on site during construction and commissioning phases
  • You have an advanced knowledge of budget preparation, cost control, scheduling, and risk management
  • You are quite strong in internal and external negotiations and able to coordinate a team based in different geographies
  • You are familiarized with PMI methodology, with ISO 9001, Microsoft Project and with technical and commercial evaluations of suppliers ́ proposals
  • You are passionate and perseverant with strong prioritization, communication and organizational skills
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish, both written & oral, and you appreciate national and international business travels
